About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Residential Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for high-end residential landscape construction projects. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultations through construction and final walkthroughs. The successful candidate will manage 7-10 projects concurrently, including those with significant budgets and timelines, ensuring project progression, client satisfaction, team alignment, and adherence to high standards.

Requirements

10+ years of experience building and managing mid- to large-size residential landscape projects.
Proven ability to manage significant projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Genuine and honest client interaction.
Knowledgeable and able to answer questions.
Ability to lead clients or teams toward the right project decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator for high-end residential landscape construction projects.
Manage projects from initial client consultations through construction to the final walkthrough.
Manage 7-10 projects in different stages concurrently, including keystone projects with significant budgets and timelines.
Keep projects moving forward.
Keep clients informed.

Maintain high project standards.
Factor in details impacting homes, properties, and neighbors into planning and problem-solving.
Identify and manage smaller detailed projects, warranty items, or past-client jobs to maintain team productivity during larger project pauses.
