For our Milan office, we are looking for a Senior Researcher to be included within the Healthcare Service Line (HEC). Our service line specializes in qualitative and quantitative research in the pharmaceutical, OTC, RX, and veterinary fields. Working in Ipsos Healthcare means interacting with the entire Ipsos world through positive and stimulating contamination with researchers from other service lines. Globally, Ipsos Healthcare is one of the most important institutes in the world and boasts: * A team of over 1100 experts, with academic backgrounds and/or expertise in multiple business areas * Presence in over 50 countries worldwide with a qualitative-quantitative team specifically dedicated to the healthcare world * We work for over 500 pharmaceutical companies: all the largest companies, plus biotech companies, operating in medical devices and diagnostics, connected health, digital health, and other healthcare sectors.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of previous experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Full mastery of methodological tools for quantitative research
  • Excellent use of the Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Realize, also with the support of junior resources, the individual research effectively/efficiently through the autonomous management of the entire workflow.
  • Directly manage the relationship with the client to obtain their full satisfaction, through active listening of specific needs/opportunities.
  • Develop expertise on a method/area, becoming its owner/referent within the SL.
  • Guide the assigned resources and develop their skills through mentoring and on-the-job training.
