We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions. We’re seeking an experienced electrical engineer to develop and integrate high‑voltage (HV) and pulsed‑power components for microwave linear accelerator (linac) systems used in radiation oncology. You should have strong EE, HV/pulsed‑power fundamentals (charged particle/plasma physics a plus) and hands‑on integration skills, including circuit design and troubleshooting communication interfaces. You will independently design, build, debug, and run experiments, and present findings. Strong cross‑functional collaboration, project execution in a fast‑paced environment, and effective supplier coordination are essential.

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Plasma Physics, Engineering Physics, or related field.
  • 5+ years designing, building, integrating, and maintaining pulsed‑power systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with relevant lab and HV test equipment.
  • Self‑directed team player
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Able to work effectively with experts across disciplines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with circuit simulation and ECAD a plus.
