About The Position
Ameriprise Enterprise Investment Services Inc. seeks a Senior Research Analyst - Equity, in Troy, MI. This role involves developing and maintaining a proprietary quantitative screening and rating methodology for international equities, overseeing the research, development, and implementation of quantitative investment strategies for client portfolios, and applying quantitative techniques and fundamental analysis to create an International Recommended List of stocks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in portfolio management including utilizing the Core International Equity Model to assist in asset allocation for models that have significant international equity.
- 3 years of experience with quantitative analysis, including analyzing company’s financials, performing ratio analysis, forecasting future revenue and earnings to make a Buy/Hold stock recommendations, and build quantitative models and reports that enable detailed analysis and measurement of Model Portfolios.
- FINRA Series 7, SIE, and NASAA 66 licenses required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a proprietary quantitative screening and rating methodology for international equities.
- Oversee research, development and implementation of quantitative investment strategies utilized in the management of Ameriprise Financial client portfolios.
- Apply quantitative techniques and fundamental analysis to develop and maintain an International Recommended List of stocks, which Ameriprise can leverage.
