Requirements

8 years of experience eliciting, managing, and documenting requirements for large technical programs.
Familiarity with traceability, testability, and change control.
Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of experience).
Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the System.
Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensuring full traceability.
Manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities.
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
Analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
Establish a requirements baseline for each release.
Manage requirements changes through a formal control process.
Create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation.
Generate requirements status reports for program management.
Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes.
Train team members on requirements best practices.
Ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.
