About The Position

The Insurance Resolution Senior Rep will be working directly with customers who have suffered a total loss of their vehicle due to an accident or other event. You will assist them as they navigate through the insurance claims process, and will utilize your critical thinking that directly results in dollars lost or recovered for Ally. Additionally, you will be expected to participate and / or lead one of our various internal associate led products to showcase and grow your leadership and problem solving skillset. You will also be responsible for side x side and on the job training of new associates that join the team.

Requirements

Entry level
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to proactively collaborate with vendors and other Ally departments
Ability to work a high volume of accounts with a high degree of accuracy
HS diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required.

. Collections / Remarketing / Repossessions experience strong preference

Responsibilities
