About The Position

The Senior Reporting Analyst is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for complex financial reporting, analysis, and control activities across Customer Service functions and profit centers. The role ensures accuracy of revenue, cost, and margin reporting; supports cash flow and AR performance; and enables transparent, decision-read financial insights that directly support Customer Service revenue, EBIT, and growth objectives. The position operates with a high degree of autonomy within established financial frameworks and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience required.
  • Significant progressive experience in financial reporting, analysis, or operational finance within a complex, multi‑entity environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost accounting, accruals, reclasses, and GL reconciliation.
  • ERP experience required (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Passport or ability to obtain passport

Responsibilities

  • Independently own month end financial reporting, analysis, and variance explanation for 100+ CS functional locations and projects.
  • Perform recurring revenue and cost analysis, including error identification, accruals, reclasses, and corrective adjustments in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Produce detailed cost center analysis and reporting across all CS cost centers, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze deferred liabilities and ensure accurate classification, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain monthly forecasts for CS function locations and activities.
  • Identify forecast risks and opportunities and communicate insights clearly to CS Finance leadership.
  • Support revenue and margin planning by providing historical trend analysis and forward‑looking insights.
  • Own escalation handling for AR issues, including customer rejections, disputes, and delayed collections.
  • Partner with the Customer, Accounting, and internal Operations teams to drive issue resolution and protect cash flow.
  • Monitor aging, dispute drivers, and exposure risk, escalating systemic issues as needed.
  • Support financial accuracy of contracts and Statements of Work through recurring analytical review.
  • Monitor AFI queues (pending approvals, rejected invoices, WBS booking analysis) and follow up to resolution.
  • Support POR creation, invoice validation, and reconciliation activities aligned with contract terms and operational delivery.
  • Provide customer‑facing financial reporting support as required, including utilization metrics, labor cost monitoring, and trend analysis.
  • Identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and control risks within reporting processes.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting transparency, timeliness, and data reliability.
  • Support documentation and standardization of processes to enable scalability and audit readiness.
  • Manages complex financial reporting across multiple CS functions, projects, and cost centers simultaneously.
  • Supports financial oversight for 100+ CS function locations and activities.
  • Work involves non‑standard analysis, judgment‑based problem solving, and interpretation of incomplete or conflicting data.
  • Errors or delays can materially impact revenue recognition, EBIT reporting, cash flow, and customer confidence.
  • Independently determines analytical approach, prioritization, and issue resolution paths within defined financial policies and controls.
  • Recommends corrective actions, forecasting assumptions, and process improvements to CS Finance leadership.
  • Escalates material reporting risks, control issues, or revenue/cash impacts appropriately.
