About The Position

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. In this role, you will act as a senior thought partner and high‑impact individual contributor, shaping how replenishment decisions are made across the beverage portfolio. You’ll bring strong analytical rigor and business judgment to stabilize fast‑moving categories, support innovation launches, and guide product transitions—balancing availability, waste, and financial performance. With a high degree of ownership, you’ll proactively surface risk, influence cross‑functional decisions, and help raise the bar for replenishment planning excellence and execution across the team

Requirements

  • Progressive supply chain planning experience - 5 years
  • Proven senior‑level supply chain and replenishment expertise, with progressive experience developing and executing inventory strategies that stabilize complex, high‑velocity categories (preferably beverages) and balance availability, waste, and financial outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical toolkit with strong working knowledge of inventory, replenishment, and allocation systems; ability to use data to diagnose issues, anticipate risk, evaluate trade‑offs, and influence decisions across stakeholders.
  • Strategic and execution‑focused mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans, pressure‑testing assumptions, and owning outcomes through ambiguity and change.
  • Strong cross‑functional influencer and partner, able to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and operate as a trusted thought partner and informal “second in command” in driving stability and decision quality.
  • Customer‑ and results‑oriented leader, who understands what drives store and customer experience, prioritizes the right work, and proactively mitigates obstacles to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
  • Continuous improvement orientation, with experience leading process improvements, adopting new tools and technologies, and applying disciplined project management to complex initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
