About The Position

This role is for the Overnight Stocking Team at the LI-ROOSEVELT FIELD, NY store. The shift starts at 8 PM. Responsibilities include assisting customers with shopping, locating products, and providing solutions. You will also execute a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling, and engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards to complete enrollments. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) are also key duties. The role involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. You will be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance are expected. You will interact with others respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization's vision and values. This position also involves cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.

  • Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
