Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within the retail account.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within replenishment.
Advanced computer competency, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).

Nice To Haves

Prior Walmart/Sam's Club experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Retail Link, NOVA, Madrid, GRS, or comparable retailer systems preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading projects and influencing without authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through execution and oversight of in-stock performance at store/club and customer DC level.
Lead the development of forecast reasonableness factors based on demand history including sell-through and shipment data.
Own and continually evaluate performance against the retailer scorecard; drive corrective action plans where needed.
Ensure best-in-class forecast methods and tools are employed; champion process improvements across the team.
Partner with Walmart/Sam's Club Replenishment Managers on seasonal strategies, modular resets, and promotional planning to maximize sales and in-stocks during seasonal periods.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models at the brand/SKU level using the best tools and information available.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, demand planning, supply planning, customer service, and transportation.
Mentor and provide guidance/training to Replenishment Analysts; serve as subject matter expert on Retail Link, NOVA, Madrid, and other customer systems.
Lead ad-hoc projects and represent the team in customer-facing meetings.
Perform all duties of a customer logistics analyst.
