About The Position

The Inventory Replenishment Analyst supports inventory planning, replenishment execution, and inventory accuracy efforts to ensure consistent product availability across all sales channels. This role monitors inventory levels, analyzes inventory movement, and supports forecasting and replenishment activities that align with seasonal demand and operational capacity. Working closely with Growing, Production, Inventory, and Sales teams, the analyst helps optimize inventory flow, improve forecast accuracy, support customer fulfillment, and minimize inventory-related risks.

Requirements

  • Understanding of inventory management, replenishment, and forecasting concepts.
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain, or inventory planning support roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in greenhouse, nursery, agriculture, manufacturing, or other perishable goods environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of plant production and greenhouse operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, replenishment, or demand planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live plant inventory across multiple sites to ensure availability and prevent shortages or overages.
  • Track product movement and maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems.
  • Analyze inventory trends, forecast accuracy, and replenishment performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports comparing inventory levels to forecasted demand, production plans, and actual sales performance.
  • Support development and execution of replenishment plans that align inventory availability with customer demand and production schedules.
  • Provide inventory insights and recommendations to support sales planning, production decisions, and customer fulfillment objectives.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate inventory risks, shortages, excess inventory concerns, and replenishment challenges to leadership and cross-functional teams to support timely decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking and replenishment processes.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of inventory system data, including SKUs, plant availability, and related inventory information.
  • Collaborate with Growing, Production, Sales, and Inventory teams to support inventory availability and fulfillment objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support inventory planning and operational alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support inventory management and supply chain operations.
