Requirements

• JD and an active license in any U.S. state (Florida preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Minimum 5 years of immigration litigation experience with strong trial skills
• Deep knowledge of: Cancellation of Removal, Asylum Law, Waivers, Immigration Court procedural rules
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes removal defense cases

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in: Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, Bond Hearings, Motions to Reopen, Appeals before the BIA and Federal Circuit Courts
• Develop legal strategies that are aggressive, ethical, and client-focused
• Prepare and litigate complex immigration cases with precision and confidence
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure outstanding legal performance
• Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, professionalism, and cultural empathy
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while fighting relentlessly for results
