Senior Relationship Manager (Embedded Partners – Home Insurance) We’re seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead and manage relationships with our current mortgage partners. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution across sales alignment, service delivery, and reporting for embedded home insurance programs.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management experience with external partners or accounts
  • Operational mindset with the ability to manage ongoing programs (not just sell into them)
  • Solid understanding of homeowners insurance and how it integrates into mortgage processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working with reporting, metrics, and service-level expectations
  • 3–5+ years of experience in insurance, mortgage, or partner/account management

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with mortgage companies or embedded insurance programs is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with agency management systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mortgage partners
  • Oversee day-to-day relationship management, ensuring alignment across sales, service, and reporting
  • Ensure partners are properly supported in delivering home insurance solutions within their mortgage workflows
  • Monitor program performance and ensure adherence to service standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a seamless partner experience
  • Lead regular partner check-ins and business reviews focused on performance, service quality, and operational improvements
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of partner or client issues
  • Identify process gaps and work with leadership to improve program execution and consistency
