The Senior Relationship Manager, TransFund is primarily responsible for directing and providing service to TransFund’s most significant and technically complex clients, including ongoing support, consultation, cross-selling new products, and contract renewal. Also produces network improvements through product development, system enhancements, training materials and customer documentation, and provides training for lesser-experienced Relationship Managers. This is a team that has your back, where collaboration creates trust, and everyone pitches in when there is an issue to resolve. Regularly scheduled team meetings and teambuilding activities are commonplace. You’ll have the autonomy to define your own call/work plan for the year. You’ll travel about 50% of the time. You’ll act as the senior escalation contact for client service issues. You’ll participate in the development of new products and network enhancements to provide additional revenue opportunities.
