Reporting to the Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships, the Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships to expand Careforth’s services across geographies and business lines. This individual will use a consultative sales approach to manage external client relationships with senior clinical, innovation and business stakeholders at the national and state level. This individual will have experience establishing relationships and selling across multiple health care product lines including Medicaid, Medicare, Duals, D-SNP, and Commercial businesses. The Senior Relationship Manager will drive utilization of services, serving as an evangelist for the power of caregiver engagement on improving health and payer outcomes. In collaboration with senior leadership, this individual will also work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop proposals and solidify contracts.
