Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Private Banking or EAM, with a proven track record in client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to bring or build a client portfolio
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and independence
- Fluency in English required
Nice To Haves
- Client books from any geography are welcome
- No requirement for Brazil or Latin America exposure
Responsibilities
- Actively originate, onboard, and manage HNW and UHNW clients
- Develop and grow a portable book of client relationships, with full ownership of coverage
- Advise clients on investment solutions within an open architecture platform
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships while ensuring high regulatory and fiduciary standards
- Work closely with internal investment and advisory teams while retaining autonomy over client relationships
