The Senior Relationship Manager - CBG is responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan to acquire new relationships, retain and expand existing customer relationships. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client issues effectively, and generating new business through a consultative sales approach. The position requires analyzing and organizing financial information, performing complex financial calculations, and structuring loans according to customer needs and bank guidelines. The Senior Relationship Manager will present loans to credit approving authorities, close approved loans, and support loan servicing. Additionally, they will respond to sensitive inquiries, make persuasive presentations, interpret technical instructions, assist with due diligence and compliance, and monitor client financials and covenants. The role also involves assisting Team/Group Leaders in achieving group goals.
