About The Position

As a Senior Relationship Manager, Alliances, you’ll lead and grow FCC’s most complex national alliance partnerships, working directly with senior executives to expand market reach and drive program utilization. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships that enhance FCC’s presence across the agriculture and agri-food landscape, while influencing internal programs and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, credit, and marketing teams, as well as external industry leaders and alliance partners. Requirements

  • A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management, business development or commercial lending
  • Extensive experience managing complex B2B relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
  • Strong consultative sales and business development expertise, including structuring financing solutions
  • Deep understanding of alliance programs, lending practices and market dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to develop and execute market growth and partnership strategies
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with national Alliance partners, including C-suite and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow alliance program utilization and increase FCC market share
  • Lead the identification, negotiation and structuring of complex financing and program agreements
  • Evaluate market trends and identify new partnership opportunities across emerging industries and segments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance alliance programs, customer experience and operational processes
  • Support credit submissions and ensure alignment with corporate risk and lending policies
  • Design and implement targeted marketing and engagement strategies to expand market presence
  • Represent FCC at industry events, conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness and relationships
  • Use data insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve program effectiveness
