About The Position

TM Associates is looking to hire an experienced Senior Regional Property Manager to manage a portfolio in its growing Ohio market. Requirements

  • Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required. RD & HUD preferred.
  • Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities and/or Rehabs
  • Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
  • Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies
  • The ability to bring excitement and positivity into the workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
  • Experience in overseeing third party management contracts preferred
  • Proven record in developing direct reports for career growth
  • Experience in reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and executing the property management company's strategic objectives related to property management by managing an assigned portfolio of properties
  • Implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objections
  • Overseeing a large portfolio of properties
  • Supervising two Assistant Regional Property Managers
  • Identifying, directing and correcting on-site operational deficiencies to bring about optimal financial results
  • Recruiting and supervising successful management teams in a growing portfolio
  • Maintaining high occupancy and collection rates
  • Working within budgetary restrictions
  • Remaining "on call" for all property emergencies
  • Developing direct reports for career growth
  • Reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets
