About The Position
RBC Adversary Emulation is hiring experienced Red Team Operators and Penetration Testers. We’re looking for professionals to join us in delivering scenario-driven Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and offensive security research targeting core and emerging business functions. In this role, you'll work alongside a highly skilled team of offensive and defensive security experts on complex operations. Requirements
- 3+ years in cybersecurity, with Red Team or penetration testing experience
- Strong track record executing attacks against Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience running social engineering campaigns
- Proficiency in evading EDRs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong technical report writing experience
- Deep understanding of offensive techniques, including: OSINT collection and operationalization, Building and managing C2 infrastructure, Social engineering tactics, Exploitation across operating systems and applications, Lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS, Evasion techniques for AV and EDR
- One or multiple industry-recognized certifications: OSCP, OSWP, CRTO, etc.

Responsibilities
- Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments.
- Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and proposal writing, through execution, reporting, and stakeholder debriefs.
- Develop offensive capabilities: exploit development, novel C2 channels, automation, and more.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings.
