About The Position

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Senior Red Hat C++/Java Developer to support application development work on a platform running RHEL 8/10. This role is primarily focused on C++ development, as the applications in scope live and interact directly with the RHEL platform, with Java development as a secondary responsibility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior-level developer comfortable working close to the operating system layer and building applications tightly integrated with a Linux-based platform.

Requirements

7 - 9 years of professional experience
Must be willing to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX or relocate to the area.
Active Secret Clearance required
U.S. citizenship status
Strong hands-on experience with C++ application development (primary focus)
Working knowledge of Java development
Familiarity with RHEL 8/10 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
Experience building applications that interact closely with a Linux-based operating system/platform

Responsibilities
