About The Position

This role sits at the center of that, owning hiring outcomes, building the systems that scale them, and ensuring talent quality stays high as the company grows. You will operate as a strategic partner to leadership, translating business goals into hiring plans, driving execution across complex roles, and continuously improving how we recruit. From pipeline strategy to interview calibration to operational rigor, your work directly impacts how fast and how well the company builds. This role also plays a key part in shaping the future of recruiting at Scribe through AI adoption, enabling smarter workflows, better decision making, and higher leverage across the team. We are building a high performance talent engine that is predictable, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. This role is critical to making that real. We are hiring a Senior Recruiting Partner to operate as a high impact, full stack talent leader across the company. This is not a narrow recruiter role. You will own hiring outcomes across functions, influence business decisions, and build systems that scale. You will partner directly with senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans, drive execution across complex req loads, and continuously improve how we recruit. This role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to move between strategy and execution without friction. You will also play a key role in advancing how we use AI across recruiting, enabling both your own performance and the broader team’s effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who operates like a business owner, holds a high talent bar, and has experience building recruiting systems in fast growing environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across GTM and G&A with consistent delivery against business needs (experience with technical functions added bonus)
  • Proven success operating in house at high growth, early stage companies where speed and quality both matter
  • Strong track record of owning complex req loads and closing high quality hires in competitive markets
  • Systems oriented operator who builds and improves recruiting workflows, reporting, and infrastructure to scale performance
  • Effective partner to senior stakeholders, driving alignment, influencing decisions, and maintaining a high hiring bar
  • Deep sourcing expertise with repeatable top of funnel strategies for hard to fill and niche roles
  • Leverages AI, modern tools like Ashby, and data to improve outcomes, enable teams, and connect hiring to business performance
