About The Position

The ideal Recruiting Partner for Zipline understands that a company’s greatest asset is its people and you have a direct hand in shaping the future of the company with whom you help hire. You play a critical role in driving high-volume hiring pipelines, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and quality. You have a passion for connecting with people and will go to exceptional lengths to build a world-class team that saves lives every single day. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly, and you take pride in keeping processes organized, moving, and on track. You’re energized by managing multiple searches at once, partnering closely with hiring teams, and ensuring a steady flow of candidates through the funnel. This role will be based out of our South San Francisco HQ with flexibility to work remotely as needed (1-2 times a week). We will support relocation should you need it!

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for building diverse teams and pipelines
  • Creative problem-solver, going the extra mile to close the top talent and passionate about cultivating the most enjoyable candidate experience
  • Willingness to invest in your own growth and become true partner to our engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executives, org leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and coach them on how to maximize hiring output for their team
  • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the entire process
  • Drive efficiency in the recruiting process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve throughput
  • Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
  • Collaborate with other recruiters on the team, leveling up the function, sharing best practices & helping to ensure we reach our collective goals
  • Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication
  • Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company!
