Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of systems and data. As Harvey grows and enters new markets, our recruiting infrastructure needs to scale with it. This role will help design the systems, reporting, and tooling that enable the team to operate predictably, efficiently, and at a high level of quality. You’ll own Ashby, develop the analytics foundation that informs hiring decisions, and implement automation and AI-supported workflows that reduce manual work. You’ll also ensure our core systems remain aligned as our organizational structure and headcount needs evolve. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through thoughtful design, data rigor, and effective tooling.
