About The Position

The Recruiting Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Angels of Care can connect children with the nursing professionals they need by owning key systems, analytics, and sourcing infrastructure that power our nationwide clinician recruitment strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at data‑driven decision‑making, and brings deep expertise in Indeed, applicant tracking system management, and performance analytics. This individual ensures our recruiting engine runs efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with Angels of Care’s HALOS values—Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Indeed (posting/campaign management, performance tracking, spend monitoring, and optimization)
  • Applicant Tracking System administration experience
  • Strong reporting skills in Excel and Power BI (including dashboard creation, data modeling, and report automation)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Jobvite, ensuring data accuracy, workflow integrity, and system optimization.
  • Maintain job templates, requisitions, credits, user permissions and reporting dashboards within the ATS.
  • Leverage strategic thinking and planning to optimize Indeed budgets across regions.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and recruiting leadership to drive improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Lead all Indeed activities, including campaign setup, job posting strategy, budget allocation, daily spend monitoring, and ROI optimization for clinician recruiting efforts.
  • Analyze sourcing performance to identify trends, reduce cost‑per‑candidate, and maximize applicant flow and conversion.
  • Manage relationships with Indeed representatives and other sourcing partners to ensure platform effectiveness.
  • Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel.
  • Translate data into clear insights that guide leadership decisions around spend, recruiter performance, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor data integrity across systems and proactively identify gaps or opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Demonstrate Angels of Care’s HALOS values in all interactions and decisions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution‑oriented recruiting environment centered on delivering high‑quality experiences for candidates and internal teams.
