About The Position

As the Recruiting Operations Analyst, you’ll support the systems, data and reporting, and job board operations that power our clinician hiring efforts nationwide. You’ll build and maintain reporting in Power BI and Excel and support core talent acquisition workflows across the applicant tracking system and Indeed. You’ll help drive data-informed sourcing and hiring decisions to ensure our recruiting engine runs efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with Angels of Care’s HALOS values - Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • 2+ years of experience in a data and reporting, recruiting/HR operations, finance, analytics or related role
  • Strong reporting skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar), including dashboard creation and ongoing report maintenance/automation
  • Ability to explain metrics and insights to non-technical audiences (clear written and verbal communication)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Translate data into clear insights that support decisions around spend, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter activity, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor data integrity across systems and proactively identify gaps or opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Manage Indeed activities, including campaign set-up, job posting strategy execution, daily spend monitoring, and performance optimization for clinician recruiting efforts.
  • Analyze sourcing performance to identify trends, reduce cost per candidate, and improve applicant flow and conversion.
  • Manage relationships with Indeed representatives and other sourcing partners to support platform effectiveness.
  • Maintain job templates, requisitions, posting settings, user permissions, and reporting dashboards within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy, workflow integrity, and ongoing system optimization.
