About The Position

The Senior Recruiting Manager plays a key role in identifying the best candidates, nurturing the company culture, and making a lasting impact on the organization. This role is for someone passionate about working not only in the business of construction, but on the business of Power. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and thoughtful feedback to improve how Power attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent. This includes refining outreach strategies, streamlining processes, and enhancing candidate interactions. The role also involves leveraging social media and other digital platforms to expand networks and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience
  • Construction recruiting experience is essential
  • Experience in staffing agency environments
  • Experience in in-house recruiting environments
  • Ability to assess both technical skills and interpersonal strengths
  • Ability to provide unbiased coaching and support to candidates
  • Self-starter and problem solver who can see the bigger picture and take proactive steps
  • Detail-oriented
  • Committed to clear, consistent communication

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates and maintain warm relationships with prospective hires.
  • Engage passive candidates and spark interest in a way that feels authentic and aligned with company values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and faculty across assigned campuses.
  • Coordinate information sessions and career fairs.
  • Support intern programs and attract full-time graduates.
  • Strengthen Power's presence on campus.
  • Attract candidates who bring a team-first mindset, a strong work ethic, a player-coach mentality, and a genuine passion for construction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed on market trends, build relationships, and expand your network within the construction community.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring creativity and marketing-minded thinking to communication efforts.
