About the Team The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on building DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We're seeking a Global Senior Recruiting Manager to lead hiring efforts across our G&A functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy & Communications. As DoorDash expands its global footprint, this role will be critical in developing a cohesive recruiting strategy that supports both mature and emerging markets across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll work in close partnership with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure we attract top-tier, mission-aligned talent to fuel DoorDash’s growth and operational excellence around the world. About the Role The Global Senior Recruiting Manager – G&A will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and evolving a high-performing recruiting team supporting core corporate functions that power the business behind the business. This role requires deep expertise in building and executing recruiting strategies for functions that are critical to our operational backbone, along with the ability to operate cross-regionally with fluency and strategic intent. This role will require you to work out of a U.S. based Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • You are a strategic recruiting leader with deep experience supporting corporate G&A functions, especially across People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy/Comms.
  • You bring 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading globally distributed teams and managing other recruiting managers.
  • You’re located in EST time zone.
  • You are excited by the challenge of helping a company expand its global footprint, and bring a track record of building cross-regional alignment while respecting local context.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring clarity, vision, and executional excellence to ambiguous, high-growth scenarios.
  • You’re known for building trusted, strategic partnerships with executives and cross-functional collaborators.
  • You are data-driven and impact-oriented, consistently using insights to inform and evolve recruiting strategies.
  • You lead with empathy, integrity, and operational rigor — cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture on your team.
  • You’ve successfully built scalable recruiting programs that align with business planning, organizational design, and long-term talent needs.
  • Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead DoorDash’s global recruiting strategy for People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy & Communications teams.
  • Develop and scale hiring strategies that align with both immediate business needs and long-term global expansion plans.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting managers, enabling growth, alignment, and operational excellence across geographies.
  • Partner closely with senior G&A leaders to understand organizational goals and design proactive, scalable talent strategies.
  • Build globally aligned recruiting processes and tools while ensuring flexibility for regional nuances, compliance, and localized hiring needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent planning, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and share key recruiting metrics, performance indicators, and pipeline health to inform decisions and drive accountability.
  • Champion DoorDash’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices across every stage of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People, Analytics, and Employer Brand, to deliver a seamless and globally consistent candidate experience.
  • Help DoorDash scale its recruiting infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of a growing, global organization.
