About This Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and support our G&A functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This role will be onsite at our San Francisco or Sunnyvale CA office 5days/week.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across G&A
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 4+ hires per month)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
  • Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
  • Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
