About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Recruiting, you will play a crucial role in building our team by attracting, selecting, and hiring top-notch professionals. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to meet our staffing needs. This role will report to the VP, People. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our start-up and contribute to its growth and success. This role offers both a remote and hybrid option. Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Those residing beyond this radius may be considered for a fully remote arrangement, depending on experience and business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting ideally with SaaS companies
  • 5+ years managing a team, ideally within a scaling SaaS tech company
  • Experience building reports and presenting findings to an executive team
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future talent needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
  • Create and continuously assess and refine recruitment processes, leveraging technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job profiles, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including candidate assessment and interview techniques.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, evaluate candidate quality, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and present key findings to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Effectively manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Implement best practices in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and recruitment strategies.
