The Senior Recruiter will contribute to workforce planning and support business growth by ensuring timely and effective hiring decisions. Utilizing data-driven insights and agile methods, the team aligns talent acquisition with business objectives. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify skill needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies. Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding senior-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws applicable to the U.S. market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
