About The Position

As our Senior Recruiter, you will be located in New York City and you will be the face of Taktile for our future team members. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, and managing the candidate journey to ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent. As a key driver of our growth, your work will directly influence the success and scalability of our operations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
  • Experience partnering with leaders throughout the recruiting process, acting as a strong hiring partner and trusted advisor.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite to streamline the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates.
  • Proficient in sourcing talent across a range of seniority levels, from entry-level graduates to senior professionals.
  • A strong understanding of recruiting across various functions, particularly for customer-facing roles such as Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers. Proven ability to effectively align candidates' skills and experience with the requirements of these positions.
  • Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews and strong ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness). Ability to use data to refine strategies and improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Grow as part of our team by deepening your understanding of our recruitment, selection, and assessment methodologies, efficiently attracting and evaluating top talent.
  • Achieve Taktile’s hiring goals by utilizing your expertise in sourcing and recruiting to design and execute effective hiring strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each role. Employ a diverse range of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Identify the best talent by screening and evaluating candidates using our structured assessment frameworks, presenting strong profiles to the internal recruiting team.
  • Enable hiring managers to bring in A players by coordinating and facilitating interviews by partnering with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies, ensuring seamless scheduling and preparation.
  • Provide a consistent and memorable candidate experience by serving as the main point of contact for candidates providing transparent communication, timely feedback, and a well-organized recruitment process.
  • Act as a strong partner and domain expert to the organization. Collaborate closely with leaders to comprehend their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets. This person will be a senior partner to our leaders and shape our overall talent strategy.
  • Leverage data to monitor and analyze the talent pipeline and hiring funnel, sharing regular updates with hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and implement immediate improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with our people operations team to ensure seamless hired candidate handover into the next stage of the people experience journey e.g. relocation, visa sponsorship, data transfers etc.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by taking ownership of specific projects or initiatives, such as organizing virtual or in-person events, career fairs, and conferences, to strengthen Taktile’s presence as an employer of choice.
