About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, including legal positions. This commission-based, entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools, LinkedIn, SignalHire, and other niche/professional recruiting resources.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
  • Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations.
  • Coordinate candidate submittal summaries, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support reporting, data accuracy, and recruitment process improvements.
