About The Position

i2G Systems (a Kastle invested company) is seeking a highly motivated in-house Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for Installation & Service Technicians, Electronic Security Installers, Security Project Managers, and Project Leads (and other roles as assigned). In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, operation leaders, and the talent team to identify, attract, and hire both technical and non-technical talent across multiple Kastle Systems’ business areas. This position has high visibility within the organization and will be a vital team player in the overall success and growth of the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a full lifecycle, corporate recruiting function using iCIMS applicant tracking and reporting functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting and talent sourcing methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is a high proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Sense of urgency and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (staffing agency experience preferred) who holds themselves accountable to prioritize work, meet commitments and exceed goals.
  • Comprehensive experience in full life-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of successfully sourcing passive talent.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build high-trust relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Strong negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • A self-motivated team player who acts with total integrity, maintains discretion, and has the proven ability to capitalize on challenges and successfully pivot as needed.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Experience recruiting & hiring Field Technicians, Project Managers, Project Engineers & Electronic Security Installers in the Security industry (CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems)
  • Experience recruiting for in field technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing market intelligence and competitor research to guide informed, high-impact hiring decisions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to analyze internal data and external labor market trends to provide competitive, data-driven salary recommendations.
  • Build deep relationships with internal talent to support succession planning and advise on internal career mobility.
  • Design and implement aggressive sourcing and advertising strategies.
  • Represent Clark at national hiring events, professional networking conferences, and industry-specific forums.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through sophisticated cold calling, social sourcing, and professional networking.
  • Based onsite at our McLean, VA office, you will frequently visit and work from Clark project sites across the DMV region to build direct relationships where the work happens.
  • Own the candidate experience from end-to-end; proactively seeking continuous improvement and developing new solutions to complex problems.
  • Leverage our ATS and people analytics to track applicant flow, measure source effectiveness, and deliver weekly performance updates to leadership.
  • Work as a self-motivated team player who values interpersonal relationships, collaborates with empathy, and maintains total discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering excellence in every task, from high-level strategy to meticulous administrative follow-up.
