Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience with recruiting varying skillsets
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Live within driving distance of the contract location
  • Strong verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that meet organizational needs
  • Working with hiring managers to define job requirements and outline job postings
  • Using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates to include, LinkedIn, Clearence Jobs, Indeed.
  • Proven success with conducting initial screenings and interviews of potential candidates across a variety of labor categories and labor fields
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitudes for the job
  • Experience with recruiting cleared personnel to fill active contract positions
  • Coordinating communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations
  • Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with schools, universities, and other potential sources for candidates
  • Supporting company management with accurate reporting of all positions and their status
  • Provide as needed support to site program managers
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
  • Report on recruitment operations to hiring managers and company executives
