We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to act as a consultative partner to our leadership and technical teams. This position requires a true builder - someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and possesses the ownership-driven mindset required to create structure, iterate on processes, and scale hiring programs from the ground up to support our complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across corporate functions (Marketing, People Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, Power, Public Policy), management and technical roles in engineering, IT, operations, and entry level technician roles. Your expertise across corporate and technical recruiting, paired with your ability to build meaningful relationships and influence hiring strategy, will be key to shaping our company’s future. This position will be based in our Austin office. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
