About The Position

The next six months represent a critical phase in our growth journey. We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring outcomes during a period of significant business momentum. This is not a role for someone who simply follows a process. Success in this environment requires strong judgement, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results at pace. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while helping raise the bar across our recruiting function. This is a six-month contract role with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to solve complex hiring challenges.
  • Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Bias for Action with Strong Judgement: Value recruiters who create momentum and move hiring forward. Understand the intent behind operating principles, policies, and hiring frameworks and can apply sound judgement in execution. Know when to move quickly, when to seek alignment, and how to operate within constraints while still delivering strong outcomes.
  • High Accountability: Take ownership from start to finish. Follow through on commitments, communicate proactively, and focus on solutions when challenges arise. Take responsibility for outcomes and drive them forward.
