Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of recruiting experience
- Storytelling
- Good judgment on candidate quality

- Comfort in ambiguity
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)
- Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
- Screening inbound applicants and conducting initial screens to assess fit and interest
- Coordinating and scheduling your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
- Closing candidates in a competitive market
