Adaptive is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies that build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for current openings and long-term workforce needs. The Senior Recruiter operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and driving an efficient & data-informed recruiting processes. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from talent identification through offer close, while ensuring strong data integrity and process adherence within our ATS. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence.
