About The Position

The primary objective of this position is to identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates to meet our customer's requirements. This position requires a level of competency around understanding technical requirements and attracting and qualifying a technical candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business)
  • Minimum 3.0 G.P.A.
  • Prior recruiting experience (4 plus years)
  • Demonstrated competency working with technical requirements.
  • Prior working experience with customers or in a customer service capacity
  • Prior leadership experience (in work, academics, or extracurricular)
  • A desire to develop a career in sales
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to put in extra time when necessary
  • Planning/Problem-solving skills – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Sales/Marketing skills
  • Administrative/Organizational skills
  • A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character
  • Oral communication skills – speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Interpersonal skills – maintains confidentiality, remains willingness to try new things
  • Written communication skills – edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information

Responsibilities

  • Utilize designated recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and other tools designed for sourcing candidates.
  • Assist Account Managers with Video interview preparations for clients.
  • Match candidates’ strengths with our client’s requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements.
  • Sit in and participate in manager calls to discuss the open requests.
  • Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment.
  • Maintain relationships within the industry to provide awesome customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals.
  • Develop a pipeline of technical candidates to meet the needs of our customers across the Nation and Canada.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
