About The Position

The Recruiter will lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders in securing top talent. This role focuses on complex and high-impact roles, including high-volume hiring initiatives and project-driven recruitment efforts, while consistently achieving accelerated time-to-fill targets. The Recruiter will design and execute customized recruitment strategies across licensed clinical, professional, niche technical, and specialized leadership positions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 5 years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of recent technical recruiting experience
  • Experience using various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn campaigns, staffing/search agencies, and virtual job fairs.
  • Proven experience in metric-driven environments focused on sourcing, time to fill, hiring volume, and compliance.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience recruiting executive, technical, clinical, and high-volume positions.
  • Background working for a government-contracted organization.
  • Exposure to hiring candidates requiring Department of Defense background checks and hiring under the Service Contract Act.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on open requisitions and hiring targets progress.
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer, ensuring documentation accuracy and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to ensure compliant selection practices and timely interviewing.
  • Conduct phone screens and provide hiring managers with organized interview slates of pre-screened candidates.
  • Leverage Predictive Index assessments to advise hiring managers on candidate alignment with role competencies.
  • Develop job offers in accordance with internal procedures and present complete employment packages.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, prioritizing outreach to veterans and military families.
  • Participate in career fairs and actively network to increase awareness of TriWest employment opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
