About The Position

As a Senior Recruiter, you are both a talent advisor and a leader on the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting while also elevating those around you—supporting teammates with daily problem solving, mentoring, and surfacing issues that should be escalated to leadership. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor, helping them make smart, timely talent decisions while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are.

Requirements

8+ Years of Prior Success recruiting in a high‑impact and fast‑moving environment.
Bachelor's Degree
Strong communicator and relationship‑builder with Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership—you naturally support and influence others.
Confident prioritization, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Passion for recruiting and pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Recruit and close high‑quality, often passive candidates by understanding motivations and telling a compelling story.
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, balancing speed, quality, and experience.
Act as a day‑to‑day leader on the recruiting team—mentoring teammates, supporting daily problem solving, and sharing best practices.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market research and relationship management.
Partner with hiring managers as a peer and advisor, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful pushback when needed.
Create clear recruiting plans with timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
Identify trends, risks, or blockers in daily work and flag issues for escalation to leadership.
Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
