Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing mid to senior level talent.
  • Expertise in various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that foster seamless collaboration.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • The skill to excel in a high-energy, cooperative workplace and juggle competing priorities smoothly.
  • Genuine curiosity and passion for matching talented individuals with impactful, meaningful opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, with a focus on high-impact and specialized positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop targeted recruiting strategies to source both active and passive candidates in a competitive marketplace.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to quickly fill open positions and support workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active high performers.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless selection process.
  • Utilize metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and AE talent market dynamics.
  • Represent Gresham Smith’s values and culture throughout the candidate experience.
