The Senior Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment support for Farmer Focus's salaried hiring needs across their Operations/Production and Corporate teams. This role involves conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and reporting on talent acquisition program success. The Senior Recruiter will build relationships within the community and the team to promote Farmer Focus as an employer of choice, generate referrals, and develop centers of influence. They will utilize various recruitment tactics such as job boards, social media, local job fairs, automation, and AI to source and attract candidates. Additionally, the role includes cultivating relationships with public organizations, local employment organizations, universities, and technical schools to build a talent pipeline. The Senior Recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact between Farmer Focus and candidates, effectively communicating the employer value proposition. This position will manage one direct report focused on salary recruiting.
