About The Position

Path Robotics is building the future of embodied intelligence with AI-driven systems that enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world, transforming industries and closing the skilled labor gap. This role is crucial for growth, seeking a full-cycle recruiter to attract and close exceptional talent across software engineering, operations, sales, and go-to-market (GTM) functions. The recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment, source high-impact candidates, and strengthen the talent brand in competitive markets, working closely with hiring leaders in a collaborative team environment focused on intelligent automation in manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Proven success in recruiting for both technical (ideally robotics or manufacturing focuses) and (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) roles.
  • Experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets where top candidates are not actively looking.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
  • A trusted partner to hiring managers, known for clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Passionate about building teams that do meaningful, real-world work with AI and robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on Software, Robotics, Operations and GTM roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview processes and hiring strategies.
  • Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing leveraging AI tools, LinkedIn, networking, events, and other channels.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with universities, research labs, and student organizations to support early-career hiring.
  • Leverage data to drive outcomes.
  • Maintain data accuracy within Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and use metrics to support process improvements.
  • Represent our mission, values, and culture authentically in every candidate interaction.
