Cirrus is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help us build the teams that will drive our next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth technology company at a pivotal time. As we continue to expand our Sales and Go-To-Market teams and establish our new Dallas office, you'll play a key role in helping us attract exceptional talent and scale the organization thoughtfully and quickly. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the business while providing day-to-day guidance and support to a Recruiter as we continue to grow and evolve our talent acquisition function. This role is fully on-site in our Las Colinas, TX office. Our Team thrives on in-office collaboration and real-time work, with standard hours Monday through Friday.

Requirements

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record of successfully hiring Sales and Go-to-Market talent across multiple levels and functions
Strong sourcing expertise with experience building pipelines for competitive and hard-to-fill roles
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including providing coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance while helping scale recruiting processes and drive hiring results in a high-growth environment
Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and talent needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and agility is essential

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-to-Market roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies that align with company growth objectives
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research
Recruit across a variety of GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations throughout the hiring process
Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand
Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and influence hiring decisions
Help develop and scale recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to support organizational growth
Support hiring initiatives associated with the expansion of our Dallas office and future growth efforts
Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to a Recruiter, helping elevate recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience across the organization
