About The Position

There are more than 9 million immunocompromised people in the United States. Almost half a million of those represent a population that are moderately to severely immunocompromised and at highest risk for severe COVID-19, including stem cell and solid organ transplant patients as well as those with hematologic cancers. In October 2025 , the FDA cleared the company's Investigational New Drug (IND) application and provided feedback to advance the company's REVOLUTION clinical program, Invivyd's development program for VYD2311, a vaccine alternative monoclonal antibody being investigated for the prevention of COVID-19. Position Summary: The Senior Recruiter will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role is critical to scaling Invivyd by partnering closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR to build high-performing teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8-12 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for scientific and technical roles (e.g., PhD-level talent)
  • Strong knowledge of biotech industry talent markets and hiring trends
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse,) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including scientific (e.g., biology, chemistry), clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, commercial, and G&A functions
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and pipeline development
  • Partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
  • Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on compensation benchmarking, offer development, and closing strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, search firms, and recruiting tools/vendors
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems (ATS), and best practices
