About The Position

Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd (PCA) is seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team in Gahanna, OH. This role is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment for professionals, management, and select senior leadership roles across the organization. The Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position will focus primarily on recruitment and proactive sourcing, with approximately 10% of time allocated to HR administrative support, reporting, documentation, and other talent-related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including professional, management, or upper leadership-level roles
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Dayforce ATS preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Relationship management and stakeholder support
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to support broader HR needs

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, management, and select leadership-level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including but not limited to direct outreach LinkedIn sourcing, job board searches, referrals, and market research
  • Identify and engage passive candidates for specialized and leadership-level positions
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess experience, skills, and overall fit
  • Coordinate interview processes, collect feedback, and support timely hiring decisions
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Support offer discussions and assist with compensation alignment in partnership with HR and leadership
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes, pipeline updates, and reporting.
  • Support hiring-related administration, including job postings, requisition tracking, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, reporting, and talent-related projects as assigned
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
