About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiter to support and elevate hiring efforts across Pathstream. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and levels, helping attract top talent that will shape the future of our organization. You’ll bring strong recruiting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a thoughtful, high-quality hiring experience. This is a part-time, contract role with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours per week as needed. The position reports to Chandi Harris, Sr. HR and People Operations Manager. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth startups, tech companies, or recruiting agencies.
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple business functions and levels, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Understanding of U.S. employment law and recruiting best practices, particularly in remote hiring environments.
  • Passion for creating inclusive candidate experiences and improving representation across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and departments including Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Sales.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with team goals and organizational needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using both passive and active recruiting techniques to identify high-quality talent.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes that create consistency, efficiency, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, interview calibration, offer development, and closing processes.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices by embedding DEI best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Represent Pathstream professionally and thoughtfully throughout all candidate interactions.
  • Assist in developing and improving recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring best practices across the organization.

  • Competitive hourly compensation based on location and expertise: Tier 1 city (SF or NYC): $45-60 per hour, Tier 2 city: $40-55 per hour, Tier 3 city: $35-50 per hour
