About The Position

The Senior Recruiter, Corporate Support Center (CSC), will be a trusted advisor, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies for current and forecasted hiring needs. As a partner to corporate functions, the Senior Recruiter will drive the candidate selection process and leverage recruitment technologies and other candidate sources (e.g. Workday, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social networking sites, etc.) to attract, select, and retain a qualified workforce. Work includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates in consistent partnership with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Executive leadership up to VP-level.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different business functions and stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Proficiency in Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in recruiting processes; provides guidance, mentorship, and best practice support to new and junior recruiters as needed
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting corporate / professional level positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other similar field of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles up to VP-level, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
  • Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to meet business hiring goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices
  • Facilitate intake meetings to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans
  • Drive alignment and accountability with functional HR partners, compensation partners, and leadership throughout the hiring process
  • Independently partner with L1 leaders to support hiring needs, providing guidance on strategy, aligning on priorities, and driving execution across the recruiting process
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, talent communities, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Leverage data and market insights to identify and attract high-quality candidates
  • Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with candidates regarding status and expectations
  • Promote the employer brand and value proposition throughout the process
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulations
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to manage workflows, track activity, and report on metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill, contributing to team capability building
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates)
  • Use insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes
